Invocore Consulting (“Invocore”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit www.invocore.org, fill in our enquiry forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), or contact us.

Invocore Consulting provides training, consulting and certification-audit support for ISO and other management system standards.

2. What personal data we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, the course or standard you are interested in, and anything you write in a message.
- Details from lead forms on Facebook and Instagram: the answers you submit, which Meta passes to us.
- Technical data: basic website usage data such as browser type, pages visited and cookies, used to run and improve the website.
3. Why we use your data
We use your personal data only to:
- reply to your enquiry and send you course details, batch dates, fees and related information;
- arrange counselling calls, registrations and training delivery;
- send updates about our training and services, if you have agreed to receive them;
- meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or contact us, and for legitimate uses permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@invocore.org. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.
5. Who we share data with
We share your data only when it is needed for the purposes above, with:
- service providers who help us run our business, such as email, CRM, hosting and payment providers, under confidentiality obligations;
- certification or examination bodies, if you enrol in a course that requires registration with them;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected, completed or updated;
- have it erased;
- raise a grievance with us;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf.
