AI Workflow Automation · Agentic AI

Automate the busywork. Keep the judgement.

We design, build and run AI-powered workflows for compliance, operations and sales teams. Fixed rules handle deadlines and scoring, artificial intelligence reads and drafts where it helps, and a person approves anything that reaches a client or a regulator.

The challenge

Your best people are doing copy-and-paste work

Chasing audit evidence, logging data requests, qualifying enquiries, updating trackers and writing status reports take hours every week. The work is necessary, repetitive and easy to get wrong when a deadline is missed.

Deadlines are tightening

The DPDP Rules, CERT-In directions and ISO surveillance audits all expect records that are complete and on time.

Teams are lean

Compliance and operations teams are asked to cover more standards and more sites without more headcount.

AI needs guard-rails

Generative AI can do the reading and drafting, but only inside a process with clear rules, logging and human sign-off.

How an engagement runs

From one manual process to a governed workflow

DiscoverMap the manual steps in one team and find the three with the most hours to save.
DesignDecide where rules, AI and people sit, and agree the approval points.
BuildConnect your email, spreadsheets, CRM and registers; test with real examples.
GovernAccess control, logging, data protection by design and an AI risk review.
RunMonitor, fix and extend the workflows month by month.
What we automate

Use cases we design for

These are examples. Every workflow is shaped around your own systems and approval rules.

Compliance · ISO 27001

Evidence collection and reminders

Checks the evidence register every month, flags overdue controls and sends each owner one reminder listing only their items.

ISO/IEC 27001 cl. 9.1 · A.5.36
Privacy · DPDP Act

Data principal requests

One form for access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal and grievances, with a reference number, deadlines and a single register.

DPDP Act 2023 · Rules 2025
Manufacturing · Quality

Non-conformance to corrective action

Defects logged from the shop floor with a photo; AI classifies and drafts the root-cause record; rules track corrective-action deadlines.

ISO 9001 cl. 10.2 · IATF 16949
Manufacturing · Plant OT

Patch windows and alarm reviews

Tracks OT patching, firewall-rule reviews and alarm-flood reports line by line, and escalates anything overdue.

ISA/IEC 62443 · ISA-18.2
Security operations

Incident triage

AI summarises an alert and suggests severity; rules start the six-hour CERT-In reporting clock and open the incident record.

ISO/IEC 27001 A.5.24–5.26
Third parties

Supplier risk reviews

Questionnaires sent and chased automatically; AI reads the answers and flags gaps; rules score the risk and book the next review.

ISO/IEC 27001 A.5.19–5.22
HR and IT

Joiners, movers and leavers

An HR change triggers access requests and removals across systems, with the evidence your auditor will ask for.

ISO/IEC 27001 A.5.18 · A.8.2
Sales

Lead capture and qualification

AI reads each enquiry, identifies the need and drafts a reply; rules set the priority; the reply waits for your approval.

CRM · email

Business-development desk

AI agents research prospects, draft personalised outreach, track replies and send you a briefing every morning. You decide who is contacted.

Results from our own test runs of three demo workflows on 26 October 2026, using sample data.

9 sISO 27001 evidence check

10 controls checked, 3 overdue found, 4 owner reminders drafted.

13 sEnquiry qualified and routed

Need identified, scored 5 of 5, logged in the CRM, reply drafted for review.

9 sDPDP request logged

Reference number, internal deadline and statutory cap set; acknowledgement drafted.

Demo results with sample data. Time saved in your organisation depends on volumes and process; we estimate it with you during discovery.

Self-check

Is your team ready for automation?

Do the same manual steps repeat every week or month?

Is the work tracked in spreadsheets, email or a register?

Have deadlines or follow-ups been missed in the last quarter?

Would an auditor or client ask you to prove the work was done?

Answered 0 of 4.

Results are instant; nothing is stored or sent.

Why Invocore

Automation with governance built in

Our lead auditors and implementers design workflows that stand up to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001 and DPDP scrutiny from day one.

Your data stays yours

We build on an open-source automation platform that can run on your own servers or in your cloud, with least-privilege access and full logs.

People stay in charge

Deadlines and priorities follow fixed rules. AI drafts and suggests. Anything client-facing waits for a person to approve.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Will AI send emails to our clients without approval?

No. Client-facing messages are prepared as drafts by default. You decide which steps, if any, can run without review.

Where does our data go?

The workflows can run on your own servers or cloud account. We use least-privilege access, log every run and avoid sending personal data to AI services unless it is needed and covered by your notices and contracts.

Which systems can you connect to?

Common ones include Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Google Workspace, Excel and Google Sheets, Zoho and other CRMs, ticketing tools, forms and databases. We confirm the list during discovery.

How do you keep AI output accurate?

AI is used only for reading and drafting. Deadlines, scores and routing follow fixed rules, low-confidence results go to a person, and outputs are tested on your real examples before go-live.

Do we need to replace our current tools?

No. The workflows sit around the tools you already use and remove the manual steps between them.
